Glitteratzi Girl

Happy Monday Fashionistas

I haven’t done spring/summer shopping as yet but I did find these super girly silver flats that have already made the worlds difference to my very neutral (almost dull) closet. Since this is a recent buy, it obviously needed to make its debut appearance on my blog. I usually plan my outfit around one key piece and these babies were no exception. So, how do I look? LOL, its been a while since I’ve caught up with Jeannie Mai ;)

Ankle boots in the spring

Happy shoeday Tuesday everyone (If you don’t know that Tuesday is shoeday, what rock have you been hiding under?)

Dress Urban| Denim Jacket and Ankle boots Zara| Mustard Bag Haji Lane in Singapore|

This is what I wore to a movie date with my sis and nephew (Le husband and I gate crashed) on Sunday. We watched Turbo: an animation all about…… wait for it….. snail racing! In my nephs defence, movie choices are quite limited at the age of 4 and in my opinion, you are never too old for animation (says the 5 year old in me)

Really impressed with this beautiful weather but now it feels as if I don’t have enough clothes for summer… Story of my life every season!

Have a good week everyone

Dungaree

Happy Monday lovies

Just thought I would share my Saturday #ootd with you guys. Spring has definitely sprung! The weather in Johannesburg has been AHMAZE and judging by the twitter and instagram feeds of my fellow fashionistas in other parts of South Africa, our beautiful country seems to be boasting its great weather across the provincial boarders.

Don’t you just love this Dungaree? I bought it at Zara a little while back and while its been gathering a bit of dust in my closet, some of my favourite fashion bloggers have been giving me great ideas on what to pair it with. (See how the gorgeous Mrs Rogero wore it here and here.)

I had a (window) shopping day on Saturday so teamed my dungaree up with my Geek tee and cut out sandals/boots (Sanboots perhaps? LOLZ) Hubby wasn’t impressed with my tee choice (its not very springy and he loves it when I wear colour) so obviously I wore it (I’m BADASS like that LOL)

I was in quite a rush to get to the mall so excuse the lack of pics and enthusiasm

My Insta-life as Nas* part 3

Wow, why does it seem as if I just blogged yesterday? (Which evidently I haven’t) The weeks seem to be going by so quickly that I’m already mentally preparing myself for Christmas decorations to grace the malls real soon

I’ve been in a scruffy mood these past few weeks simply because I’m slightly drained with everything going on at the moment: I decided to register for degree number 2 (in Math of all things), do a little bit of entrepreneurial activity on the side and step things up at work now that I’m a bit more settled in my role, all while trying to keep a YOLO spirit at heart. It may seem like I’m complaining (You don’t say?) but I secretly enjoy all the pressure.

With that being said, it explains why I don’t have any outfit posts lined up. Scruffy or not, I still captured some of my recent #ootd’s even though it’s nothing to write home about. I will be back soon with more exciting outfits that boasts a bit more colour than what I have been wearing recently.
